Returns & Shipping
We ship our orders through the United States Postal Service. Upon shipment, you will receive an estimated day of delivery & a tracking number. We do our very best to process all orders placed by 3pm same day. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays.
We understand that shopping online can be tricky & that things don't always fit just right. If that's ever the case, we offer exchange or store credit, minus the shipping cost, on items that are postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Items must have all original tags, be free from signs of wear, odors, such as smoke, stains, & in its original condition. We do not offer refunds.
We are extremely careful with each order that is packaged. Each item is checked 3 times & videoed to ensure accuracy prior to leaving our store. If you feel as though you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us @ email@example.com within 2 days of receiving your package. Please include a picture of the damaged item to expedite the resolution process.
Please note that we are not responsible for damages caused by wear or washing of the garments.
Shoes must be unworn & in the original box. Please be sure that tape & other markings are not on the box. Please ship the shoes in the shoe box & place them in a separate box or carefully wrap the box in shipping paper, without securing the tape to the box.
